I can’t think of a greater honor than being asked to document a wedding. I truly feel so grateful each and every time a couple chooses me, because it’s a big responsibility and I don’t take it lightly. Amanda and Jacob’s big day was absolutely beautiful; for weeks leading up to the wedding, it looked like we were going to be under a downpour, but it ended up being a perfectly overcast day for their vows in spite of some rain. Their colors were lots of dusky blues and sage green, and it was so elegant and classic.
I have come to deeply admire and love the way these two care for one another. Amanda is charismatic, exciting and outgoing, and Jacob perfectly complements her with his soft-hearted humility and kindness. But the bedrock of their relationship is their faith in God, and that have a lasting love because of it. Their sweet wedding day was filled with friends, family, and tons of laughter. I felt so welcomed and loved by everyone in their wedding party. We thought we might have a dreary, rainy day, but were so grateful it was only a little shower, and who doesn’t love a little extra good luck?!
To Mr & Mrs Jacob Sobrito; congratulations are certainly in order, and we are so thankful to have been there to share in your special day! Congratulations on all you have accomplished and all you will enjoy together in the years ahead <3 #onceuponasobrito
